and safe, capable of simplifying the work of humans within the dairies to raise the quality
of the final product while respecting the dairy tradition.”
Founded by Eng. Renato Ferretti and his father, Sincero, in 1973 the Company Ing. Ferretti realized the first automatic machine P.R.A. ING. FERRETTI that cleans and turns the forms of cheese.
In 1985 the C.S.F. ING. FERRETTI machine, which loads and unloads the forms, was then realized, followed by the B.E. ING.FERRETTI, which are special lifts specific for the cheese industry.
The realization of the cheese racks was also carried out, in order to give a complete supply for an integrated logistics system.
In 2012, following a severe earthquake that hit and seriously damaged the provinces of Emilia and Lombardia the ING. FERRETTI has decided to focus its activity on automation.
Hence the first operational collaboration with ROSSS, the Tuscan company owned by the Bettini Family.
MARKET
Ing.Ferretti works in the Italian market on the whole territory of production of Parmigiano Reggiano®, Grana Padano® and Trentingrana® with a market share higher than the 80%, with more than 2500 placed machines.
Ing. Ferretti emerges in different markets in Europe, in Eastern-Europe, in the USA, in Brazil and in Russia.
